My approach to counselling is to create a meaningful connection and a safe space where you can engage in self exploration. In a world of information overload, I try to slow it down and explore inner thoughts that don't always have the opportunity to express themselves.

I am a kind, compassionate man who is warm, genuine and accepting. I use a variety of modalities including Trauma informed, attachment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused. I have a depth of experience and I am adept at creating hope.

At West Coast Counselling, we work to help find practical solutions to problems such as depression, anxiety and relationship issues using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in order to achieve positive change. Professional, Confidential, Practical.
